Alexander Joyce Estates was formed by Dan Clarke in 2020

Dan has spent the majority of his adult life working in property throughout Cheshire. He started as a trainee negotiator back in 2001 with Bridgfords Countrywide and worked his way up to branch manager within 2 years. He has a simple but effective approach to his work; be honest and hard-working.

HONEST VALUATION

Whilst the obvious reason for giving a valuation is to decide on the best marketing price for your property, Alexander Joyce Estates will use this appointment to talk you through how we have arrived at our suggested marketing price and guide you through the whole process.

In keeping with the ethos of our business, Alexander Joyce Estates never use hard sell techniques to force vendors to sign our agency agreements and never offer incentives to sign there and then.

We always leave a copy of the agency agreement with potential customers at every valuation and prefer our customers to check they are happy with our terms, which are intended to be as fair as possible, before signing.

COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING

We know that getting your property seen is important.

We’ll advertise your home across a number of social media channels. We also use all the main advertising portals including Rightmove and on the Market.

Of course, we also have a database of people looking for properties and we’ll make sure all of the relevant people know your home is for sale.

PROFESSIONALISM & INTEGRITY

It is the aim at Alexander Joyce Estates to offer an alternative service to that of the usual, stereo-typical estate agent. Whilst all our staff are highly trained, we strive to offer the best service possible to everyone we deal with.

One of the things we value most at Alexander Joyce Estates is our integrity. We never accept any form of benefit from potential purchasers and we do not profit from other services, such as mortgage sales or referral payments from solicitors. Our main goal is to give the highest possible level of estate agency service at a fair and honest price. We aim to act with complete integrity at all times and never mislead a client in any way whatsoever.

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional quality photographs are key to generating the right level of interest in a property. At Alexander Joyce Estates, we take photography very seriously and if we are unable to get the best photographs when we initially visit, we will return until you are completely happy with the shots.

PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED BROCHURES

Whilst professionally printed brochures are often only used for executive properties, the presentation of your property is so important to us that we insist on using professionally printed, four page brochures for all our properties (or six page brochures for larger properties). These are included free of charge as part of our packages.

FAIRER TERMS

Estate agency contracts are often confusing to potential vendors. Our agency agreement is set out in simple terms, which are designed to be as fair as possible.

We always operate on a ‘No Sale, No Fee’ basis and do not use the ‘Sole Selling Rights’ clause. We also believe that long tie-in periods can lead to bad practices and are unnecessary if an agency is doing a good job.

If you wish to leave Alexander Joyce Estates, we just ask for 14 days notice for marketing to finish it’s course.
